Prices shown on this website, including in our shop, are starting points or examples. The final price is confirmed in your proposal before work begins.
Fixed-price projects are paid as agreed milestones are reached. Monthly retainers are billed monthly for ongoing development and maintenance. Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in your proposal, retainer agreement or invoice. Cancellation of retainers and care plans is covered in our Cancellation Policy.
To deliver on time, we may need information, content, access and feedback from you. Delays in providing them may affect the schedule. You confirm that you have the right to use any materials you give us, such as text, images, logos and data, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Ownership and licensing of the work we deliver are set out in your proposal or agreement. Third-party components, such as open-source libraries, plugins, fonts and services, remain subject to their own licenses. The WOATLAS name, logo and the content of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
AI tools can produce incomplete or incorrect output. Where we integrate AI into your workflows, you are responsible for deciding how its output is used, and we recommend keeping people in the loop to review results that matter.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Information on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Liability, warranties and governing law for a project are set out in your proposal or agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
