WOA-Atlas, LLC provides digital services only, such as web design, custom software and AI solutions. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no product returns. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our services.
Fixed-price projects are paid as agreed milestones are reached. Each milestone has its own deliverable and payment, set out in your proposal. Please review each milestone when we deliver it. If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, tell us in writing straight away so we can review it and put it right.
Retainers are billed monthly for ongoing development and maintenance. Notice periods, cancellation and any refunds are set out in your retainer agreement.
Packages in our online shop are services, not physical goods, and the rules in this policy apply to them.
Whether any fee is refundable depends on the milestone or retainer period concerned and on your agreement with us. We review each request individually and confirm the outcome in writing.
